Family Christmas Party, 2009

This year, on Sunday, December 20 we combined our Parish Family Christmas party with the annual Greening of the Church after Mass and Coffee Hour on the last Sunday of Advent. In spite of a snow storm which kept some away, many of us made it a whole day. By holding these events together, we all experienced some new things and we all had a wonderful time. The children got to see the Church in the process of transformation for the Christmas season, and many of the adults had fun decorating cookies! Together westrengthened our friendships, playing and running around, eating tasty treats, collecting presents for our annual toy drive for a shelter in Harlem and decorating Christmas cookies for our Soup Kitchen guests.
