Our Companion Parishes:
Saint Saviour Pimlico: Rector’s visit, July 2011

This past July I once again visited our companion parish of Saint Saviour Pimlico when on July 3 I preached and cleebrated Mass. The service was followed by “A Taste of America and a Picnic” to celebrate the “special relationship” between the US and the UK, complete with games and prizes for the children. I had a wonderful time and really treasure being able to continue the freindships and connexions I have made in London over the past few years. My visit took place during their interregnum as they awaited the collation of their new Vicar, Fr Matthew Catterick, our friend the Rev’d Matthew Woodward having left left Saint Saviour this past spring to take a call as rector of Transfiguration Episcopal Church & Nursery School in San Matteo, California.
